The K303 Business & Industrial Hub is being developed as a significant strategic point for industrial activities in the southern region of Quintana Roo, Mexico. This initiative responds to the increasing demand for logistics spaces and infrastructure expansion in Cancún. The project not only aims to support the business ecosystem in the area but also aligns with ongoing public and private construction works that are enhancing the local labor market and productive chains.

With an estimated investment of 400 million pesos, K303 is set to create significant economic impacts during both its construction and operational phases. It is projected to generate direct and indirect employment across various sectors, including construction, transport, logistics, specialized services, and administration. The development plan includes the construction of a park comprising 43 industrial warehouses with flexible space designed for different types of operations, ensuring adaptability to diverse industrial needs.
