Tsahkna's return from Ukraine has left him shaken by the harsh conditions faced by the Ukrainian population during one of the coldest winters of the ongoing conflict. He described the urgency for real action from Europe, particularly regarding their relations with countries like Cuba. He argues that the European Union needs to reevaluate its stance and consider firm measures, especially as they deal with global manipulation from Russia.

The dialogue reflects a growing concern among Baltic nations about Russian strategies in Europe, particularly with how these tactics may influence political leaders in the West.
