Gurugram is now recognized as the fastest-growing ultra-luxury housing hub in India, according to a recent report from India Sotheby’s International Realty (ISIR) and CRE Matrix. The year 2025 marked a significant milestone in Gurugram's real estate history, with sales of homes priced at ₹10 crores and above reaching a whopping ₹24,120 crores. This led Gurugram to surpass Mumbai in terms of total transaction value in the luxury segment, setting a new record for the city.

During the calendar year 2025, around 1,494 ultra-luxury homes were sold in Gurugram, representing the highest figure recorded for any 12-month period in the city. This surge in sales reflects a shift in demand among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-HNWIs, who had only purchased 155 such units in 2023. The drastic increase in the number of transactions indicates a growing trend toward high-end living spaces within Gurugram
