Nigeria has achieved a significant legal victory in an international arbitration case against European Dynamics UK Ltd, a UK-based technology contractor. The arbitration stemmed from a dispute related to a national e-Procurement project overseen by Nigeria's Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP). The tribunal's ruling dismissed all claims brought by the contractor, which could have resulted in financial liability exceeding $6.2 million for Nigeria.

The victory was celebrated by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, indicating a continued effort to manage and protect the country's financial interests in international agreements. Kamarudeen Ogundele, the Special Assistant to the President on Communication and Publicity, confirmed that the ruling is final and not open to appeal.
