The project involved a surface renovation and furnishing of the 73-square-meter apartment, which included not only cosmetic updates but also necessary maintenance such as water heater servicing and updating all faucets and shower sets in the bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, the gas supply was reactivated, and the electrical systems were checked to ensure safety.
