An intruder attempting to unlawfully enter Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate was shot by law enforcement while Trump was in Washington, D.C.
An incident occurred early in the morning when law enforcement officers confronted an intruder near the northern gates of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in West Palm Beach, Florida. The man, reportedly in his twenties and armed with what appeared to be a firearm and a fuel canister, attempted to breach the security perimeter of the estate. Neither Secret Service agents nor deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office were injured during the encounter, which escalated to the shooting of the suspect.
