Seoul City has announced the launch of a comprehensive employment support system named 'Middle-aged Employment Academy,' targeting individuals aged 40 to 64. This initiative, unveiled by the Seoul 50 Plus Foundation, aims to integrate various employment services that were previously managed separately into a data-driven framework that encompasses everything from talent registration to career counseling, skill training, corporate matching, and follow-up management. This step reflects a response to the significant percentage of individuals in this age group who are either preparing for or planning to change jobs in the near future, as highlighted by a survey conducted last September.
