Yuba County is set to host California's first 3D-printed community, located in Linda, where the innovative development employs robotic technology for construction. The first house within the residential complex is currently on sale for $375,000, while two additional homes are under construction and expected to be completed by June 2026. The homes are designed with a focus on efficiency, significantly reducing energy costs along with insurance.
