The arrest took place on Friday, the 20th, following an anonymous tip received by the local Child Protection Council, which reported that the teenager was being monitored at home via a hidden camera. When authorities arrived at the scene, they discovered the device cleverly hidden in the ceiling, aimed directly at the shower area. The police revealed that the camera system was intricately installed, with wires concealed within the ceiling structure to provide power and internet connectivity to the device.

Delegada Muriel D’Ávila da Cunha, who is leading the investigation, emphasized the importance of the community in reporting such abuses. The identity of the arrested individual has not been disclosed to protect the victims involved.
