Jamilu Uwais-Zaki, the Chairman of the Ward and Local Government Congress Appeal Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State, proclaimed that the successful conduct of ward congresses across the state is indicative of the party's potential victory in the 2027 elections.
