Braford bets on Expoagro to continue advancing
The Argentine Braford Association is set to hold the second edition of its livestock exhibition at Expoagro following a successful inaugural event in 2025.
In 2025, the Argentine Braford Association (ABA) made history by becoming the first breed to organize a livestock exhibition at Expoagro. Following the success of that inaugural event, the Expo Braford Avanza is scheduled to take place on March 11 and 12. This livestock event, which has already marked a milestone in the extensive agricultural exhibition, will be hosted at the San NicolΓ‘s fairgrounds and racetrack, featuring traditional cattle judging, a judging workshop, jury competitions, and the sale of breeders. Organizers expect increased participation from breeders, producers, and visitors from across the country, along with a series of talks about the breed and a diverse gastronomy offering.
Juan Manuel Alberro, the president of the ABA, emphasized the importance of such an event, stating, "The opportunity to showcase our potential at one of the world's most significant agricultural and livestock fairs is undoubtedly a great opportunity and challenge for the breed." The Expo Braford Avanza is not only a platform to promote the Braford breed but also serves as an essential networking opportunity for participants in the livestock sector, contributing to the broader agricultural dialogue in Argentina. As the event approaches, excitement builds around the potential for enhanced collaboration and growth within the agricultural community, reinforcing the status of Braford cattle as a key player in the livestock industry.
