A man, aged 30, was arrested in Boa Vista, Brazil, for violating a protective order by invading the home of his ex-partner and physically assaulting her while she was asleep. This incident took place in the Silvio Leite neighborhood, and marks a severe breach of legal measures intended to protect the victim from potential harm. The individual, having previously been in a relationship with the victim for eight years, had recently found out her new address and began stalking her.

The police reported that during the attack, the man crashed his vehicle into the gate of the woman's house, causing significant property damage, and then entered the residence where he assaulted her. In addition to the physical violence, he also vandalized the home by spray-painting offensive messages on the walls. The situation escalated when he continued to threaten the victim with death via social media, sending disturbing messages that further exacerbated the fear instilled in her.
