He has been presumed to play a critical role in the duo’s preparation of a violent act. The authorities have expressed intentions to charge both individuals, with the prosecution seeking pre-trial detention for the main suspect while advocating for judicial supervision of the second boy, who was aware of his friend’s violent plans and had encouraged his radical beliefs.
