The Civil Police of Brazil is investigating the death of a 1 year and 3 months old baby girl in Maricá, located in the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro. Reports indicate that the child was brought to the Emergency Care Unit (UPA) in Inoã without vital signs and displaying signs of violence.
