They are initiating an open bidding process (e-auction) through the electronic platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr, aimed at the long-term lease of the hotel for a period of 40 years, with the possibility of a 10-year extension. The property spans 36,638 square meters and includes a non-operational hotel with a total area of 1,315.93 square meters, including a basement of 61.65 square meters and capacity for 20 double rooms.
Constructed in 1961 based on designs by architect Kostas Bitsios, the Xenia Vitinas hotel was designated as a monument by the Central Council of Modern Monuments in 2008. This call for expressions of interest for interested parties to participate in the bidding process highlights the intent to revitalize a historic property that has the potential to contribute to local tourism and economic development.
