Keila KK strengthens its roster by adding American player Oreoluwapo Iwinosa Idowu and Estonian Eric Schmalz, as expressed by head coach Andres Sõber.

Keila KK, a team competing in the Estonia-Latvia basketball league, has announced the addition of two new players: American Oreoluwapo Iwinosa Idowu and Estonian Eric Schmalz. Idowu, at 26 years old and standing 2.08 meters tall, has a background in basketball with stints in both Austria and Bulgaria, having started the current season in the Belgium-Holland league with Rotterdam City. Head coach Andres Sõber expressed confidence in Idowu's potential to fortify the team, highlighting his positive energy both during games and at practice.

Söber emphasized that Idowu's skills as a strong forward would provide Keila with vital extra force and fighting spirit in the paint. He believes Idowu's seamless integration into the team will play a key role in enhancing their performances as the season progresses. Idowu shared his initial impressions of Keila, stating that he felt warmly welcomed by the staff and teammates, and he is committed to giving his best for the team to meet the expectations of their fans.
