In a shocking incident from Itawa, India, a 25-year-old student named Manish Yadav, who was preparing for competitive examinations, has been murdered. Yadav had gone missing after returning home from coaching on February 18, 2026. His family reported him missing when their efforts to locate him failed, leading them to lodge a complaint with the nearest police station.
On Friday morning, his body was discovered wrapped in a bag near the front corridor of the railway track in the village of Chitbhawan, under the jurisdiction of the Ekhidil police area. The police have sent the body for post-mortem after confirming the identity with the family. Manish's father, Rajveer Yadav, suspects that his son was abducted and murdered due to a land dispute involving some family members, suggesting a motive for the crime.
Rajveer Yadav revealed that his son was preparing for competitive examinations, having recently taken the Junior Assistant exam and expected to receive his results soon, along with having previously appeared for the police examination. The family believes that the police need to take immediate action to solve this case, considering the serious threats that could arise from the ongoing disputes that led to Manish's tragic demise.
