In a dramatic incident captured by surveillance cameras, Sandro Rios, the cultural secretary of Miradouro, Minas Gerais, narrowly avoided being struck by an out-of-control vehicle. The incident occurred on a busy street, where the vehicle veered off course, struck a pickup truck, and just missed Rios, who was standing on the sidewalk.
