A shocking case of fraud has emerged in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, where a factory owner was declared dead on paper as part of a scheme to seize his valuable property worth crores.
In a startling incident in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, a factory owner, Prem Kumar, has found himself at the center of a fraudulent scheme where he was falsely declared dead to enable the illegal seizure of his property. The perpetrators fabricated various documents, including a will and a death certificate, showcasing their elaborate deceit. The case came to light when Prem Kumar, who had been residing in Haryana, returned to Gwalior after discovering discrepancies regarding his property. Upon arrival, he informed the police that he was alive, contrary to the documents that falsely listed him as deceased. Kumar operated a factory named 'Universal Auto' in the industrial area of Birla Nagar, supplying auto parts. The fraudulent activities aimed to claim his property located in the New Loha Mandi area, valued at a staggering 62 lakhs.
