Enel opens vacancies for free electrician training course in the Serrana Region

Enel Rio is offering a free electrician training course for residents in the Serrana Region and other parts of the state.

Enel Rio has announced the opening of registrations for a free electrician training course available to residents in the Serrana Region of Rio de Janeiro, specifically in the municipalities of Petrópolis, Teresópolis, and Cantagalo, as well as in other cities such as Araruama, Cabo Frio, Magé, and Resende. The initiative aims to provide professional training that can help increase the availability of specialized labor in the region, aligning with the company's investment plans in the state.

The training program covers a total of 432 hours over approximately two months, during which participants will receive a stipend to assist with transportation and food expenses. Enel aims to enroll around 300 students, providing them with the skills needed for employment as electricians, which is particularly significant given the growing demand for skilled workers in the utility sector.

This program not only enhances employment opportunities for local residents but also supports the economic development of the associated regions. By investing in workforce development, Enel is working towards creating a sustainable supply of skilled professionals who can contribute to the local economy and meet the demands of the energy sector in Brazil.
