On Friday, variable cloudiness and dry weather are expected
The weather forecast for Friday predicts variable cloudiness with no significant precipitation.
The weather forecast for Friday in Estonia indicates a changeable cloud cover with dry conditions prevailing throughout the day. A low-pressure system is moving along the western border of Russia towards Karelia, which will bring only minor snowfall to the region. However, the air pressure is expected to rise gradually, influenced by a high-pressure area moving from southern Sweden towards Poland. While the night may be relatively cold, the day is anticipated to be noticeably milder, showing a shift in temperature characteristics.
As the night progresses, partially clear skies will develop with occasional light snow expected in some areas. Winds will come from the northwest and north at speeds ranging from 2 to 8 m/s, reaching up to 12 m/s along the coast. Temperatures will drop between -10 to -16 degrees Celsius inland, while on the western coast, they are expected to be milder at around 6 degrees. On Friday morning, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies while light winds continue.
Throughout the day, variable cloudiness will persist with significant dryness. Winds will shift to come from the west and southwest, blowing at speeds of 3-9 m/s, and reaching up to 16 m/s in gusts, particularly on the islands and coastal areas. With the changing weather conditions and the expected high-pressure system's influence, residents should prepare for relatively milder air temperatures as well as variable weather patterns until the weekend.
