Florencia Rastelli Mella, a 33-year-old influencer from La Plata, is currently hospitalized in critical condition after a quad bike accident that occurred last Saturday in the Pinamar beach area known as La Frontera. The vehicle overturned and fell on her, causing multiple injuries. She has been receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit at Clínica Pueyrredon in Mar del Plata since Sunday.

In addition to Mella, another young woman named Micaela Chorro Carnevale, 25, was admitted to the same hospital due to serious injuries sustained from a separate vehicle rollover incident involving a double-cab UTV that happened just two days later in Villa. This indicates a concerning trend of severe accidents in these recreational areas, raising safety questions about the use of such vehicles on beaches.

The incidents involving both women highlight the risks associated with quad bikes and similar vehicles when used in leisure settings, particularly in tourist regions like Pinamar.
