In the early hours of Thursday morning, police reported a significant break-in at a gas station located on Dieselstraße in Eching. The burglary occurred around 2:30 AM when the intruders forcefully pried open the entrance door to the gas station, allowing them access to the sales area. Once inside, they removed an ATM from the wall with considerable force, and quickly fled the scene with the cash cassette, the total value of which is currently unknown but expected to be substantial.

The local police department, Kripo Erding, has described the incident as significantly damaging, estimating the total damage, including the ATM and cash, to be around 15,000 Euros.
