Estonia's Ruberts Teders and Kristjans Ilvess finished 11th out of 14 teams, with a deficit of more than four minutes in the finals.

With this win, Oftebrū has now achieved the remarkable feat of becoming a three-time champion at these Olympics, having previously triumphed in individual Nordic combined competitions on both the normal and large jump hills. Notably, the Milan and Cortina Games have seen a record number of gold medals awarded, with alpine skier Franjo von Almen from Switzerland, as well as French biathletes Julia Simon and Quentin Fillon Maillet, all winning three golds each.

In addition to these achievements, Norwegian cross-country skier Johannes Klæbo has set a remarkable pace with five gold medals in various events, marking a highly successful Olympic campaign for Norway, which has been a dominant force in winter sports. The successes of these athletes underline the competitive nature of the games and the high standards being set across multiple disciplines.
