Estonian freestylers Kelly Sildaru and Grete-Mia Meentalo are set to compete in the women’s freestyle skiing qualification at the Milano Cortina Olympics, with Sildaru aiming for a final spot and Meentalo preparing for her Olympic debut.
The Milano Cortina Olympics will feature an exciting qualification day for women's freestyle skiing, where Estonia's Kelly Sildaru and Grete-Mia Meentalo will compete. Grete-Mia Meentalo, who recently celebrated her 17th birthday, is ready to make her Olympic debut in slopestyle. This season, she has participated in four World Cup events, achieving rankings of 22nd, 15th, 15th, and 16th. While her chances might seem challenging, reaching the top twelve in qualification is a plausible goal. Both athletes are eager to showcase their talent on the international stage.
The qualification round is comprised of 25 competitors, with only the top 12 advancing to the finals.
