He stated that, as of now, the results cannot be deemed sufficient, indicating a lack of satisfactory progress in achieving a peace agreement. Zelensky pointed out that while some serious and substantive discussions took place regarding military matters, sensitive political issues and potential compromises between the opposing parties were not adequately addressed. He underscored the importance of facilitating high-level meetings between leaders to move forward with the negotiations, emphasizing the need to tackle humanitarian concerns and prisoner exchanges as critical topics during these discussions.

Despite Zelensky's reservations about the negotiations, Karoline Leavitt, spokesperson for the White House, highlighted that significant progress has been made and indicated that further discussions are anticipated in the near future.
