The Canadian company Bitzero plans to establish a data center in Kokemäki, Finland, which raises concerns due to its enormous energy demands that threaten to alter an important cultural landscape recognized at the national level. The project requires the construction of a new 110-kilovolt power line spanning from Kolsi to Kirkkokallio, which will also intersect significant archaeological areas. Currently, an existing power line already runs through the area under the management of Fingrid.
