Arsenal star: mega contract

Bukayo Saka has signed a five-year contract extension with Arsenal, becoming the club's highest-paid player.

Bukayo Saka, 24, has renewed his contract with English Premier League club Arsenal for another five years, as reported by the BBC. With this new deal, he is set to become the highest-paid player at the club, earning approximately £300,000 a week, which translates to about €343,000. Negotiations for the contract have reportedly been ongoing for almost a year, underscoring the mutual commitment between the player and the club.

Previously, Saka's contract was due to expire in 2027, but the new agreement extends his time with Arsenal until 2031. The talented winger has made a significant impact during his time at the club, having debuted for Arsenal at just 17 years old in 2018. This season, Saka has scored seven goals across 33 matches, highlighting his key role in the team as they compete for the Premier League title.

Saka is also expected to be selected for the England national team during the upcoming World Cup. With Arsenal currently leading the Premier League, Saka’s renewed commitment not only enhances his personal standing but also boosts the club's ambitions as they aim for both domestic and international success in the coming years.
