Recent posts on Facebook have falsely claimed that a potato vendor named Oscar Maina was arrested by Kenya's Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) for allegedly having millions of shillings confiscated from him. These posts suggested that the cash was initially thought to be counterfeit but was confirmed to be genuine later. However, these claims have not been substantiated with any credible evidence.
