Fortunately, both the driver and his 26-year-old passenger remained uninjured, despite the severity of the accident. The police investigation revealed that the driver exhibited signs of intoxication as he smelled of alcohol. Although he was asked to undergo a voluntary breath test, he refused. This led to the police's decision to take him for a blood test, which provoked an aggressive reaction from the young man, prompting the Moosburg police to call for reinforcements from the Freising traffic police.
