TVO Nuclear Services, a Finnish nuclear energy company, has entered into a framework agreement with Fermi Energia to act as an advisor in the ongoing project for the construction of a small reactor nuclear power plant in Estonia. This initiative aims to establish a nuclear power plant comprising two 300MW reactors to ensure emission-free and weather-independent electricity production for the coming decades.
