The operations leader of the West police district, Bjarte Rebnord, explained that one car sustained significant material damage, although thankfully, no injuries have been reported from the accident. The prompt response from the fire department helped in managing the situation efficiently, ensuring that the road was cleared and safe for travel shortly after the incident.

By around 9:40 AM, all vehicles had been removed from the scene, and the roadway was fully cleared, allowing normal traffic flow to resume. This incident highlights the importance of careful lane changes and the potential risks associated with such maneuvers on busy roadways.
