Vanilla Ninja secured a victory in both rounds of the public vote during the Eesti Laul final, receiving overwhelming support from the audience.
In the Eesti Laul final held on Saturday, Vanilla Ninja triumphed by winning the public vote in both rounds, showcasing its popularity among the audience. The band garnered 16,584 votes in the superfinal, outpacing its closest competitor, Noep, who received 15,161 votes, while Ollie trailed closely with 15,148 votes. This significant lead underscores Vanilla Ninja's strong connection with fans as they emerged as the prominent choice for representing Estonia in the competition.
In the initial voting round, Vanilla Ninja also stood out as the only contestant to exceed 10,000 votes, finishing with a total of 10,070. Noep and Ollie followed in the first round with 7,792 and 6,410 votes, respectively, indicating a consistent ranking leading into the superfinal. Additionally, Getter Jaani and Stockholm Cowboys placed fourth and fifth, further reflecting the competitive nature of the contest with a total of 46,679 votes cast in the first round.
While Vanilla Ninja captured the public's support, Ollie excelled with the jury, amassing a notable amount of points that allowed him to win the first round of Eesti Laul from the jury’s perspective.
