The local Police Civil (PCMG) reported that the victim had an active protective measure against the man, which legally prohibited him from contacting her. Despite this, he allegedly approached her again and committed further acts of aggression, prompting the victim to seek police intervention. Given the serious nature of the defendant's actions and the clear violation of the court order, the investigating delegate requested a preventive arrest warrant, which the judiciary granted.

Two days later, law enforcement executed the arrest warrant and located the man hiding at a construction site near his mother's house.
