Emergency services in Lithuania responded to a house fire in the Skuodas district reported at 14:40. Firefighters from both Skuodas and Mažeikiai districts were dispatched to the scene after the General Emergency Call Center received a report about the flames. Fire crews managed to extinguish the blaze and contain the fire effectively.

According to representatives from the Fire Protection and Rescue Department (PAGD), the fire was brought under control by 15:21. Unfortunately, one individual, the homeowner, sustained injuries during the incident and required medical attention. Paramedics provided immediate aid on-site, including bandaging an injury to the homeowner's hand.
