Kevinho performs on the third night of carnival in Boa Vista; check the schedule
Brazilian funk artist Kevinho is set to perform at the carnival in Boa Vista, showcasing his hit songs in a free concert.
Funk singer Kevinho will perform at the Praça Fábio Marques Paracat in Boa Vista on the third night of carnival, which is free to the public. Known for hits like "Tumbalatum" and "Agora É Tudo Meu", Kevinho's concert will begin at midnight on Monday, February 16. He rose to fame in 2017 with "Olha a Explosão", a carnival hit that marked the start of his successful career.
After gaining notoriety, Kevinho became known for releasing consecutive hits, establishing himself as a key figure in Brazil's music scene. However, in 2023, he took a break from his demanding schedule to support his mother Sueli Azevedo through her breast cancer treatment. Sueli completed her chemotherapy in 2024, allowing Kevinho to return to performing, debuting his latest single "Tropical" in collaboration with MC Rogerinho.
The carnival event includes various activities at the Praça Fábio Marques Paracat, emphasizing the culture and music of the region. Kevinho's return to the stage is especially significant as it marks a poignant moment of resilience amid personal challenges, reflecting both his dedication to music and his family during tough times.
