Toivo Mangusson, the oldest participant in this year's Tartu Marathon, has been busy preparing for the race, which started on Sunday. He mentioned his morning routine which includes having porridge, emphasizing its importance in his diet alongside honey and blueberries. Moreover, Toivo is well aware of the physical demands of skiing, stating his challenges in maintaining balance and agility as he trains downhill at Pandivere four times to stay fit for the marathon.
