More flood warnings as UK’s wet weather set to continue
The UK is facing continued wet weather with multiple flood warnings issued, particularly in the south-west and Midlands, alongside forecasted snow and chilly temperatures.

There are also 177 flood alerts active across England, indicating widespread concerns about potential flooding. In addition to the flood warnings, Natural Resources Wales has reported two specific flood alerts in South Pembrokeshire and the Lower Severn catchment in Powys, highlighting the extent of the water-related hazards the region is facing.
Weather forecasts predict a continuation of blustery conditions, with showers expected to sweep in overnight on Sunday. Though Monday will see occasional sunny spells, heavy rain is anticipated, coupled with potential hail and thunderstorms, particularly in the southern regions. Additionally, the far north may experience snow showers, adding to the complex weather situation that residents and authorities must navigate.
