A 22-year-old man sustained severe injuries following a shooting incident early Sunday morning in Valença, RJ. The shooting occurred around 12:07 AM on Estrada Valença–Rio das Flores in the Benfica neighborhood. At the UPA, a 19-year-old woman who accompanied the victim informed the police that they had been walking in the area to take a ride with a ride-hailing service when a white vehicle approached them.
