In Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, an incident has emerged highlighting the audacity of local criminals, where a man set a loading auto-rickshaw belonging to a scrap dealer on fire. This act occurred in the Hanumanganj police station area on Hamidia Road late at night. The brazen act of vandalism was meticulously captured by nearby CCTV cameras, showcasing the perpetrator's approach to the vehicle before igniting it. After committing the act, the suspect attempted to evade capture by changing his clothes and fleeing the scene.

The victim, Nasir Qureshi, expressed his despair over the incident, explaining that the auto-rickshaw was his family's sole means of livelihood. The fire not only consumed his vehicle but also incinerated approximately ₹31,500 in cash and around ₹23,000 worth of goods that were inside the auto. This unfortunate event puts a spotlight on the increasing desperation of local criminals and raises concerns about public safety in the area.
