Accident in the float of União de Maricá, RJ, leaves at least 4 injured

One of the injured, a man, suffered serious fractures to his right leg after being struck by the float and was promptly taken to Hospital Municipal Souza Aguiar for surgery. Meanwhile, three others sustained minor injuries; two were released after treatment, while the third was transported to Hospital Municipal Miguel Couto in Leblon for further examinations, as confirmed by the local health authorities.
