On February 2, President Claudia Sheinbaum inaugurated the full operation of the Mexico-Toluca Intercity Train 'El Insurgente' which includes the opening of the last two stations, Santa Fe and Observatorio, crucial for completing the route. This project is considered one of the most important mobility initiatives in Mexico, aimed at improving transportation between Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
