Recent developments in Italy point to a significant change regarding the reunification of pension contributions for freelancers. As articulated in circular no. 15 of 2026 by INPS, the Italian Social Security Institute, this new regulation presents a much-needed simplification for the processes that freelancers must navigate when transferring their pension contributions.
