Bar devastated by deadly fire did not pass inspection, admitted Swiss mayor

The mayor of Crans-Montana, Switzerland, Nicolas Féraud, revealed that the bar Le Constellation, which burned down last week, had not undergone regular fire safety inspections between 2020 and 2025, despite 40 deaths resulting from the fire on New Year's Eve.
