Three charged with violence after traffic incident in Oslo on Wednesday night

Three individuals have been charged with involvement in serious bodily harm following an altercation that occurred after a traffic incident in Oslo.

Three individuals have been charged with complicity to aggravated bodily harm in Oslo after an incident connected to a near-collision on the E6 motorway. The altercation occurred when the suspects approached a man and his father at their home following the traffic incident.

A 19-year-old woman was presented for pre-trial detention on Friday afternoon, as confirmed by on-duty lawyer Camilla Garshol from the Øst police district. Along with her, two men have also been arrested and charged, though it has not yet been decided whether they will be presented for detention.

The suspects are charged after the near-collision incident which took place in the early hours of Thursday, leading to a physical confrontation that resulted in injuries to both the man in his 30s and his father, who is in his 70s. The woman’s lawyer stated that she does not admit guilt and is confused by the charges, opposing her detention. The prosecution has requested four weeks of remand detention for the suspects.
