Skender, Legović and Crnković in action, the hockey tournament continues

Croatian athletes Skender, Legović, and Crnković are competing at the Winter Olympic Games in Milan and Cortina, with various events scheduled throughout the day.

The Winter Olympic Games in Milan and Cortina are currently in full swing, entering their seventh day of competition. Today is particularly exciting as medals will be awarded in seven different sports, showcasing a wide array of athletic talent and competition. Croatian cross-country skier Skender will begin his 10-kilometer race using the freestyle technique at 11:45 AM. Following him, biathletes Crnković and Legović are set to compete in the 10-kilometer sprint at 2 PM. This event marks their second appearance in Anterselva, with Legović finishing 72nd and Crnković 76th in their previous 20-kilometer race, making their performances one to watch as they aim for improvement today.

In addition to skiing and biathlon, the day will feature competitions for medals in men's speed skating at 10 kilometers, skeleton, and individual figure skating. Snowboard events will also take place, with competitions in the Halfpipe for men and Cross for women. Moreover, hockey fans can anticipate a thrilling match for first place in Group A between Canada and Switzerland, starting at 21:10, adding an exciting element to the day’s fixtures.
