An car, motorcycle, boat, lasers, and shrubs are rolled onto the stage of Eesti Laul

Eesti Laul's stage is set for a spectacular show featuring a car, motorcycle, boat, lasers, and impressive stage effects.

This Saturday, the Eesti Laul event will showcase an exciting performance where eight stagehands will roll a car, motorcycle, boat, lasers, and special light sticks onto the stage. According to lighting director Mattias Tammik, the performance will feature a unique lighting setup that will include flashes and bangs, promising an electrifying experience for the audience. The use of dynamic elements on stage is expected to enhance the overall spectacle of the show.

Marta Pikani, one of the performers, mentioned the integration of decorative shrubs on stage, which will be highlighted during her performance. The shrubs, referred to metaphorically as 'voss,' were crafted into splendid setups by Jaanis Magnus, contributing to the visual appeal of the show. This creative approach embodies the innovative spirit of the artists participating in Eesti Laul, as they seek to captivate their audience with both music and visual artistry.

The behind-the-scenes efforts involve considerable teamwork from the stage crew, tasked with bringing all these elements—ranging from vehicles to sophisticated light installations—safely to the performance area. Notable appearances will feature performers like Grete Paia, who will bring handmade crystals to the stage, and Laura Prits, whose act will include live fire elements. This blend of music, creativity, and stage design exemplifies the essence of the Eesti Laul festival as a celebration of artistic expression in Estonia.
