Firing in Portugal on Lawrence's Birthday, Bullets Rained on Establishment of Indian-Origin Person

Gangsters associated with Lawrence Bishnoi's network open fire on a business establishment in Portugal during his birthday celebration.

Lawrence Bishnoi, an imprisoned gangster in India, has extended his reach beyond borders, with members of his gang launching an assault in Portugal on February 12 to mark his birthday. The incident occurred at a business establishment owned by Sukh Jwandha, a notable TikTok influencer who has been accused by the gang of exploiting Indian migrants. This marks a significant escalation in the activities of Bishnoi's network, which is now operating internationally.

The shooting was claimed by Harry Boxer and Sunil Meena, key associates in the Bishnoi-Goldy Brar nexus, through a post on social media. They accused Sukh Jwandha of serious allegations, including the exploitation of laborers by withholding their earnings and threatening them with passport confiscation. In their post, the gang warned that this attack was merely a 'trailer,' indicating that more severe repercussions would follow if Jwandha did not amend his ways, essentially threatening his life.

This incident sheds light on the increasing global operations of local Indian gangs and raises concerns about the safety and influence of criminal elements beyond their home country. The ability of gangs like Bishnoi's to establish links and exert threats internationally suggests a growing problem of transnational crime involving organized gangs, which poses significant challenges for law enforcement agencies both in India and abroad.
