Greek tax authorities have successfully dismantled an organized criminal network composed of strawmen who posed as managers of various businesses, including those in the food service and electronics sectors. The investigation conducted by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) uncovered that around 205 individuals, primarily foreigners, had been used in this scheme, with ten known Greeks and one foreigner identified as the racketeers' leaders. These individuals were arrested during pre-dawn raids on Thursday, where authorities executed search warrants at their residences.
