A popular 'Iki' store opens its doors after renovation
A newly renovated 'Iki' store has reopened in Vilnius, showcasing modern shopping experiences and a wider selection of products.
The popular retail chain 'Iki' has recently completed renovations on a store located on Mindaugo Street in Vilnius, expanding its size to over 1,600 square meters. According to the company's statement, the renovations were carried out to meet the latest installation standards, aiming to enhance customers' shopping experiences. Executive Director Lina Muižienė explained that the team is actively modernizing stores and updating product assortments to test various retail innovations.
The upgraded store now boasts a selection of up to 14,000 products and features ten self-service checkouts alongside traditional cashier options. The renovation was a significant investment of over 0.5 million euros, reflecting 'Iki's commitment to improving its branch network. This year, the company plans further renovations and openings throughout Lithuania as part of its broader strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and convenience.
For 2025, 'Iki' has allocated 32.5 million euros for investing in the renovation of 23 stores and the opening of seven new locations. This initiative underscores the company's dedication to staying competitive in the retail sector and adapting to consumer needs through modernization and innovation in its offerings.
